By using Lumora you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Lumora Pro is an auto-renewing weekly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
You may only process photos you have the right to use. Do not use Lumora to create deceptive, unlawful or harmful content, or content that violates others' privacy or publicity rights. AI results are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate — review results before using them for official purposes (e.g. identity documents may have specific legal requirements in your country).
You keep all rights to your photos and to the results generated from them. The app, its design and branding remain our property.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
