My enhancement failed. Check your internet connection and try again — the AI processing requires a network connection. If the problem persists, the service may be briefly busy; Lumora retries automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Lumora → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
How do I restore a purchase? On the paywall screen, tap "Restore purchases" while signed in with the same Apple ID.
Where are my photos stored? On your device. Results are saved to your photo library only when you tap Save.
